Holistic coaching practice in a trauma informed  space is driven by  body, mind, environment and your internal belief system to achieve overall well-being. 

It recognises that healing  is not just physical but also emotional and mental.

The approach encourages us to understand how thoughts, emotions, and lifestyle choices influence our physical health and inner patterns. 


By fostering awareness of the body-mind connection, holistic coaching and trauma informed coaching helps us identify root causes of issues rather than just symptoms. 


The tools we work with  often include somatic healing, emotional regulation, stress management, and self-reflection. This helps nurture and create balanced and sustainable lifestyle changes. 

The goal is to empower you, to develop healthier relationship with past and recent events while nurturing inner harmony and calm. 

This integrative approach promotes self-awareness, self-care, and resilience. We work in partnership so you can live more vibrant and authentically.

Coaching is often coined and can be  misunderstood when comparing it to specifically trained and certified coaching. 

  • It is not pseudo therapy. 
  • It does not leave your well-being to chance. 
  • It is not self-taught. 
  • It is not solely anchored in a single spiritual  belief.
  • It does not ignore your entire self.

Though I use my counselling skills in coaching, this is not talk therapy or psychotherapy. This is about tools focused on planning and goal setting. 


At times therapy can compliment coaching. However, there are distinct differences within our scope of practices. 


I think of my work with you as a  40/60 investment. 

The 40 % of our work is in session . The remaining 60%  is taken home and practice. We review  your hard work together regularly. Then, we move  to the next stage of growth  to reach your goal by 100%. commitment, in our work together

For me, this approach integrates the science of clinical social work, psychology, and the latest insights from neuroscience, all grounded in the compassion and skill of counselling. 


Aligning my principles with evidenced based practice, holistic coaching was carefully selected training for me to add to my previous skillset. 


 I am grateful to be able to serve effectively and ethically.
