The breath work we use  is a form of therapeutic practice that involves various controlled breathing techniques to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It is often helps us to reduce stress, increase self-awareness, and help release emotional tension.

The breath work we use  is a form of therapeutic practice that involves various controlled breathing techniques to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It is often helps us to reduce stress, increase self-awareness, and help release emotional tension. 


Different techniques may include deep breathing, rapid breathing, or guided breath cycles, and are sometimes combined with meditation or movement.


Emotional processing helps us  recognise understand and integrate our emotional experiences. It can help us to  manage and release unresolved negative experiences, leading to improved wellbeig and emotional resilience. Techniques for emotional processing can include some counselling skills, journaling and mindfulness. 

We use both breath work and emotional processing together in a  holistic practice to facilitate emotional release, personal growth, and overall well-being

I use the Polyvagal theory, to work with you through how the stress is  regulated  


I also use Somatic tools focusing on the body’s role in wellbeing and emotional regulation. 

By becoming aware of our bodily sensations and using movement, we can release stress and emotions stored in the body, promoting healing and resilience.

This holistic approach helps us to integrate an emotional release through somatic awareness to achieve change. 


Along with emotional processing these methods foster self-awareness and resilience towards personal growth. The ultimate goal here is  improved well-being and a more authentic, balanced life.
